More ski ministry with weekend college students coming to help with Host Program at Ober Gatlinburg.

Winter Bible Study begins for international employees in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. A key time for recruiting summer staff and house-parents.

Ski ministry ends.

Chaplain at LeConte Lodge begins season of worship and care for the mountain.

Mission Group Leaders' Orientation for summer, 2010.

Dollywood Grand Opening Weekend.  Chaplain starts worship with hosts and guests. Dollywood Festival of Nations begins.

Good Friday Tenebrae Worship Service at LeConte Lodge.

Community Easter Sunrise Service at Ober Gatlinburg.

   Campground ministry begins with Easter services.

We need poundings (paper products and food) and craft materials (glue, pipe cleaners, color crayons, beads, etc.) for summer staff.

Dorm opens and staff arrives.

TN Baptist Convention Summer Missions Orientation.

Summer missions orientation for summer staff.

 Full summer ministries begin with Memorial Day programs in campgrounds.  First Baptist Church, Lebanon, TN Single Adults lead Memorial Day Worship Services

Dolly's Splash Country employee Bible studies begin.

Summer ministry for seasonal international employees begins.

 Ice Cream Social for international employees in Gatlinburg.

July 1-5

Independence Day Special Event ministries.

July 15-25

Gatlinburg Craftsmen's Fair Summer Show with SMRM doing children's craft booth, volunteer booth sitting, and worship services.

August 8

Summer staff leaves.

September 3-6

 Labor Day special event ministries with First Baptist Church of Thomson, GA. providing a mission team.

September 12

Dollywood Chaplain begins Fall Bible study for    Dollywood employees.

October 

Dollywood Chaplain does outreach with Harvest      Celebration craftsmen.

October 7– 24

Ministry at Gatlinburg Craftsmen's Fair with cookie bags, worship, volunteer booth sitting, and witnessing handouts.  Let us know if you want to volunteer to booth sit!

Campground ministry ends.

October/November

and  Mission groups for 2011 summer must have applications  in by end of October.   Appointments of groups made in November.

November 14

Chaplain at LeConte Lodge ends season of ministry.

November 21

Ski ministry begins at Ober Gatlinburg.

December 19 - January 2

Ski Ministry at Ober Gatlinburg begins full programs with worship, Host Program, employee devotionals, and outreach to international employees.  Holidays bring extra missions opportunities!
